Vow

Vow is a staking app on Monad testnet where you put real money behind a promise to yourself. You describe what you're committing to, set a deadline, and pick a referee, either a friend or an AI that reads your proof. You choose upfront where the money goes if you fail: a treasury, a burn address, a charity, or even a cause you'd hate funding, whatever actually keeps you honest. The part that makes it different from a normal "accountability app": you can't dodge it by going silent. Every version of this idea usually needs you to report your own failure, and nobody ever does that. Vow doesn't. Once the deadline plus a short grace window passes with no proof submitted, anyone, not just you, can trigger the failure onchain and collect a small reward for doing it. There's no path where doing nothing lets you keep the money. The AI referee piece is built so it can't be gamed. It only ever judges the exact proof text you actually submitted onchain, checked by hash, so nobody can slip the AI a different, better looking proof than what's actually on the record. If the AI passes it, that's a real cryptographic signature the contract checks before releasing your stake.
