Bhishi

Bhishi is a non-custodial ROSCA (rotating savings & credit association) on Monad - the same thing my neighborhood already runs on trust and paper, but with the trust replaced by code. Here's how a circle works: a group agrees on a monthly amount, say 10 people × ₹5,000. Everyone pays in each month, and each round one member takes the whole pot. Over 10 months everyone gets one payout - it's how families save for a wedding, a shop, or an emergency without a bank. The catch has always been trust. Whoever holds the money can vanish, and whoever gets an early payout can stop paying afterward. Bhishi removes both risks: • The pot is held by the contract, never a person. No organizer can run with the money. • Every member stakes collateral up front. If you take your payout and then stop paying, your collateral is slashed to cover the round - so honest members are never left short. • Payouts are won by sealed bid. Whoever needs the money most that month bids the biggest discount; the difference is shared back to everyone else as their return. You join a circle, stake, bid when you need the pot, and the smart contract does the rest transparently, on Monad's fast, cheap execution. Trust the math, not the person.
