SparkGas

I built SparkGas, a transparent gas-sponsorship protocol on Monad. Sponsors deposit MON into an on-chain treasury. A new user with zero MON signs a free message, and a relayer pays the network fee to claim sponsored MON for them. Problem: New users cannot make their first blockchain transaction without native gas tokens. Asking them to buy, bridge, or receive MON manually creates friction and defeats smooth onboarding. What I learned: I learned how to build gasless claims with message signing and a relayer. How paymaster-like infrastructure improves Web3 onboarding. Most importantly I learnt good blockchain UX should hide infrastructure friction without sacrificing transparency.
