Parrot Card

I'm building a Parrot Card game. My inspiration comes from Yu-Gi-Oh. It's far from perfect due to my limited credits. One thing I've learned is that AI isn't completely capable of handling issues like bugs and commands. I don't know if my commands are wrong or what.
