MovrChain is a Monad-native running app that turns a finished workout into shared, on-chain proof: import GPX, replay the route, attest to your wallet, publish to the community feed, and claim MOVR milestones—then stake, unlock Achievement NFTs, and run with clubs that actually own activity and money together. Live on Monad Testnet at movr.muhsalmanabid.com. Most fitness apps trap effort in a closed silo. Groups chat about runs, but they can’t hold funds, vote on spends, or prove who earned a cut. MovrChain clubs are the opposite: decentralized club activity on-chain. Each club gets its own treasury; members hold soulbound membership; captains and managers run proposals (reserved budgets so votes can’t oversubscribe the same MOVR), challenges (treasury-escrowed goals with settle/refund), and soulbound badges that boost staking. Milestone rewards snapshot clubId at attest—join-after-the-fact can’t hijack the club cut—and stakers can donate a slice of yield back to the club they chose. That stack only works if addresses stay stable. The hard lesson of shipping it: users and judges care about the proxy, not the implementation. UUPS keeps runner state while logic moves; a Beacon upgrades every club treasury in one shot; Multisig → Timelock schedule / wait / execute means fixing bugs no longer means redeploying and breaking the frontend. Demo: Import → Load Sample Run (no wallet). Attest / claim / clubs need Monad Testnet. Submission: Attestation proxy 0x8F31Cbb38b539cB9e3242E262bf40058904d739c.
