Built for the Monad Spark Hackathon, KeepMySeat is a high-fidelity, decentralized coordination panel designed to eliminate the single biggest bottleneck in high-speed developer sprints: lane collision. When teams sprint concurrently under tight hackathon deadlines, communication breaks down. Developers frequently duplicate effort by accidentally touching the same smart contract files, working on conflicting database schemas, or writing overlapping frontend animations. KeepMySeat solves this completely by combining an ultra-fast, real-time reactive event architecture with immutable, on-chain seat locking.
