Epoché is a first-contact trust layer for crypto payments on Monad. Sending to an untrusted recipient creates a short on-chain safety window, allowing the sender to cancel if they notice a wrong address or other mistake. After verifying the recipient, the sender can mark them as trusted, making future payments instant. It is non-custodial, deployed on Monad Testnet, and backed by 25 passing smart-contract tests. Building Epoché taught me how programmable finality can improve crypto UX without sacrificing user control.
