Daman

Daman is non-custodial escrow for in-person deals that start in DMs. A seller shares one secure link, the buyer locks the exact MON amount, inspects the item at handoff, and releases payment only when satisfied. It runs on Monad Mainnet with buyer-only settlement, seller refunds, automatic post-deadline refunds, and no admin custody. Building it taught me to design each lifecycle step around what both parties can independently verify onchain.
