Bank of Chog

Bank of Chog is an on-chain allowance account for AI agents, presented as a living picture-book bank. The owner funds a ChogAccount contract and sets the policy — per-spend limit, total budget, allowed destinations. Agent Chog explores the Monad ecosystem, proposes spends, and executes real trades on nad.fun, while Banker Anago (the contract) checks every request on-chain. Over-limit requests are blocked before any transaction is sent. Even the agent's gas is a bounded allowance, requested from the bank and counted against the budget. Receipts appear only after the on-chain transaction is confirmed. Built solo during the hackathon: contract, serverless signing boundary, and all art.
