10K Quantum Parrots

10K Quantum Parrots is a browser survival game where every death gets batched on-chain to Monad mainnet via smart contract. No wallet needed to play. Three dimensions, each with broken physics: - Time Dilation: dodge melting clocks (gravitational waves) - Dark Matter: survive the singularity (shadows only visible) - Spaghettification: resist the black hole (inverted controls) Stack: Vanilla JS + Canvas + Supabase + Claude API. GitHub Actions runs a batch job every 30 minutes that takes the top runs, builds a Merkle root, and writes them on-chain via TitanEventLogger.sol. Every death = a signal, permanently verifiable. Built solo for the 10kSquad SQUADCODING contest. The X handle system was redesigned mid-contest after community feedback: handles now normalize on save (no more split leaderboards) and are captured BEFORE play instead of after death.
